No that is fine. Not uncommon for mushrooms to grow in compost heaps of any type and certainly not a problem. That said it means that not enough heat is getting in to it and you should use the prong to mix it up.
I have mushroom like stalks growing in my hotbin and wondering why Hotbin Composter - 200 L
I am wondering if it's too wet and how I dry it out
