Hi there. Thank you for your question and apologies for the late reply. I am sorry that you are having trouble with your new sheen flamegun. May I ask you to email me directly at andrew@quickcrop.ie and we will get this issue sorted for you. If there is a problem building pressure, the most likely issue is the black washer on the pump as there is very little else to go wrong. We will send a replacement washer and, if this doesn't solve the problem, will replace the full unit. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.
