Is the concorde pear tree on dwarfing root stock what is final height and how soon will it crop

The Concorde Pear Trees are on M9 root stock which means they won't get much taller than about 12/14 feet. They will come as 2 year old trees at about 6ft tall. They will give very small fruit the first year you plant them but in reality it will be the following year before they produce anything decent fruit wise
