Hi, I am wondering about planting instructions for these wildflowers? Can I scatter in an already grassy space or do I need to prepare the soil? Should I dig in? And what time if year should I plant?

Autumn or Spring for planting. I am afraid you will need to prepare the ground fully before sowing the seeds. Don't dig in just roll or firm down in to open soil
