Is it ok to add uncooked meat to the Joraform composter JK270 (say the uncooked cut-off fat of a ham)

My opinion is that it should be ok as the high temperatures in the bin will break down the uncooked fat.

Hi Seamus. It is of course. Any uncooked or cooked food can go in including raw food and chicken fish bones etc. So in short. Yes it is fine
