Question not answered sufficiently
Fruit Cage Upright Poles - 2.4m
Fruit Cages
Could you please clarify a little? I am wondering how many vertical supports a 9m stretch of horizontal poles would require, and how many vertical supports a stretch of 5.4m would require (assuming they need some support apart from the corner vertical poles). I am guessing that one vertical support halfway along the 5.4m stretch and two intermediary supports (spacing at 3m) along the 9m sides would be sufficient. Or are you saying that there needs to be a vertical support every 1.8m?

You are correct at the end there. You need a vertical support every 1.8m. Due to the weight of the poles above head height it is best to support the full frame every 1.8m. You could go for every 2.4m but we would advise every 1.8m. If you email this question in to support@quickcrop.com we will work out the exact spec for you. We just have not way of getting in touch with you directly through the question forum.
