Oh my word. I am afraid that is an impossible question to answer here. So a 5ft x 3ft wide bed will only take 8 cabbage but will take almost 120 carrots and 80 Beetroot so it totally depends on the variety. But looking at this tray you should have enough to fill your 4 beds. Each of the crops on the website has the spacing shown
