You refer to the seaweed extract as a plant feed. I have hopefully used it as a soil feed. Am I mistaken in this.

I use compost on a no dig plot but like to add chicken pellets and seaweed extract to boost the compost. Loved your article. Learned so much.

yes it can be used as both to enrich the soil if no plants are there and if plants are there it will be absorbed by the roots.
