If you are just adding to a bed to build up the Nutrients i tend to apply one x 60 Litre bag of Envirogrind per square metre in the Autumn and cover as you are proposing to do

Hello, how many bags per square metre for a new bed (there is just poor quality topsoil in it that has never received any fertiliser - I plan to apply Envirogrind and cover with black plastic for the winter)?
