I am afraid not. The Harvia electric heater runs on 32amp power so you would need a stronger electric cable to run the heater than the cable from an electric extension lead. In truth you would need your electrician to power it up. Personally i think the wood is a much better option and a lot more economical to run. Plus it gives a much nice feel to the experience. I suppose the only issue is if you are in a location with plenty of houses the fumes from the Sauna might be a problem. But if out on your own it definitely is the better option
