The press will take 50 litres of apples at a time. It totally depends on the variety of apples you are pressing and what stage they are at after picking in regards to how much Apple juice each pressing will produce. But in my experience you will get roughly 15 litres of juice from each fill of the Apple Press. So you would need to fill it 20 times and juice to get your 300 litres
