Drip line irrigation pump
16mm Dripper Irrigation pipe - 10m
Drip Irrigation Systems
I have a Polydome garden with a number of raised beds fitted with your 16mm drip line irrigation tubing (30cm drip holes). I have calculated that I have 114 drip holes at 2.3lph = 262lph requirement. I have this system connected to a large water butt that is 6M away and less than 1m below the polydome... it does not need a deep well pump. I run it 2-3 times a day for 10 minutes in the summer to keep the plants well fed. I have burned through 3 water pumps that deliver 3-4 bar pressure on demand via an electric plug timer. I need help in purchasing a pump that will meet the need of the irrigation system and not burn out. Do you have any pump recommendations you can make to avoid me hooking it up to my mains water?
