Are the beds pre drilled for easier assembly

No they are not pre-drilled. The wood is Pine which is a soft wood and it is treated so pre-drilling is not adviseable so we don't do it. As it is a soft wood it is very easy to put a xxxx through even with a hand xxxx driver. Electric xxxx gun is really easy
