Hi there, thank you for your question. Yes, the Joraform will take all cooked food waste but you will need a balance so I would keep some raw waste to mix with the cooked food. There is nothing you can't put in (though I would avoid significant amounts of raw meat) but some things will take longer to break down than others so may need to be put back in again for another cycle. I would also highly recommend the wood pellets we supply for composting if you are putting a lot of cooked food in the unit. You need to balance the carbon nitrogen ratio and may need to dry the content as little, the wood pellets are ideal for this.
