can allotment beds be stacked to create a deeper bed?

Hi there, thank you for your question. Technically you could stack an allotment bed but we supply a maximum height of 14 inches and don't make taller corner posts to facilitate a higher bed. I would also be concerned about the pressure of soil in a taller bed against the lighter gauge timber that the allotment beds are made of but I might be playing it too safe. Yes, you can do it and it would likely be OK but it is not an option we supply.
