Hi Margaret. Due to the relatively small size, we would recommend the 1m Vegtrug for growing more compact crops like herbs and salad leaves, spring onions and radish. For larger kitchen garden crops e.g. cabbage, potatoes etc., you would need a more spacious bed. The 1m Vegtrug is the perfect herb and salad garden.
