Will these allow more water to drip out at the beginning and less at the end or have they special drip fittings?

Hi there, thank you for your question. The dripper lines have dripper valves every 30cm that emit 1.6 litres each per hour. Provided your water pressure is 2 bar or above, the drippers will emit the same amount of water over the full length of the hose irrespective of length. 2-3 bar would be standard water pressure for a residential mains water.
