Does it feel warm? How do you know it’s working and not just working cause the lids are on?

Hi there, thank you for your question. The temperature that the propagator will reach depends on the ambient temperature. If you are using without a thermostat, the unit will be on all the time so you should be able to feel heat on the base with your hand. The mini propagator units with the lids on are heated by the base so the heat will not be affected by the lids. To test, you can place the unit in a cool place and see if the base gets warm.
