Fluid coming from the bottom

Hi
I have a good composter and there is fluid dripping from the bottom. The waste is warm and there is steam from the food inside but not sure what I'm doing wrong. I use saw dust also with the waste

Hi there. Thank you for your question. If you have heat and steam it sounds like your mix is about right but may be a little wet (hence fluid from the drum). I would add small amounts of extra sawdust until the material inside looses some of its moisture but not too much that you slow the composting process. I hope this helps.
