Hi there. Soil renew needs soil temperatures to be above 10 degrees celcius to work so it really depends on the weather. It is an unusually mild November so far but I guess we don't know what's coming next so, to be on the safe side, I would leave it until the end of Feb for a tunnel and end of April outdoors.
