Hi there, thank you for your question. To re-start your JK125 insulated compost bin I would advise using high nitrogen material as it is the nitrogen that provides the heat. If you have a lawn, I would recommend using a mix of lawn clippings (not too much, 4 or 5 handfulls at a time) balanced with some shredded cardboard. If you don't have a lawn, use a many fresh vegetable peelings as you can, preferably from green vegetables e.g. cabbage leaves. I hope this helps.
