Hi there. Thank you for your question. It is difficult to give a definitive answer as I don't know the conditions the bulbs were grown in last year (pots?, what compost?, any plant feed?) or when they were lifted and and at what size? What I can say is that, if they are rooting, the bulb is alive so will more than likely grow a shoot in the next couple of weeks. I would advise feeding the plants next spring to ensure a good healthy bulb if you are lifting and transplanting again. I hope this helps.
