Unfortunately we use a shipping company to delivery the bulk bags of soil and the size of the truck used will be dependant on how many deliveries (including those from other customers) in your area. For that reason we cannot guarantee the truck will be a 12.5m rigid, it could also be a larger articulated lorry so I am not able to proceed with the delivery. I am very sorry about this Ingrid, in order to provide a nationwide delivery service we have to use an external haulier and have to work within their parameters.
