The handy thing about these copper labels is that the copper is relatively thin so you can get an embossed effect. If you place a pad of paper under the label and write on them firmly with a soft pencil or ballpoint pen, the writing will be imprinted in the copper so won't fade. To change the text put the label on a hard smooth surface and rub firmly with the back of a spoon to smooth out again.
