Hi there
If only one of the leaves has turned red it may have been damaged at the base and is dying off. If not, it may be disease so I would keep an eye out for colour change on the other leaves. Make sure that the plant is well watered and well fed, if other leaves turn red give it a good water and a high nitrogen feed, if it doesn't recover it will need to be removed.
